Originally from Philadelphia, Chef Justin Rambo-Garwood started his culinary career at the age of 15 in his home state of Pennsylvania at a technical program offered through his high school. Upon graduating high school, Justin continued his education at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Now with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Justin's passion for culinary arts continues to grow as he gains more experiences and opportunities within his career.
Justin spent 6 years on the West Coast with his wife before making Charleston their new home. His first taste of the Charleston hospitality industry began at 39 Rue de Jean prior to joining the team at Handcraft Kitchen & Cocktails as Executive Chef. Justin is excited to contribute to the Lowcountry's vast food culture and unique charm as a member of the hospitality industry.
