Executive Chef

Originally from New Orleans, byways of Florida and Tennesse, Chuck has been in the Lowcountry for 4 years. Since a very young age, Chuck has had a passion for cooking. He remembers as a kid always loving shrimp, especially fried shrimp. Even today, it's still one of his favorites. He is innovative, creative, dependable, and adaptable to all things an Executive Chef must bring to the kitchen. With over 30 years of experience, we can't wait to see how the Handcraft kitchen transforms with Chuck at the helm. 


When Chuck is not in the kitchen, he enjoys spending his free time playing pool, fishing, or hanging out with his wife of ten years, three kids, and four dogs!
